Huge Disappointment – Poor Customer Service

I called the tour company (City Sights) an hour before the tour started to confirm our reservation for 5 people. I called again, 6 minutes before the tour started and stated that due to construction and traffic, our GPS stated we would arrive 1 minute late. I asked if they would wait for us. The gentleman on the phone stated no, they will not wait for us. The 5 of us started running to the pick-up location, only to watch the trolley pull away before we got there!!

We are very sorry that you missed the trolley and your refund was processed. As you know, we cannot control traffic and other conditions that effect your late arrival time. Everyone else was able to show up on time. You may not have received our last minute telephone call to you just prior to leaving.

Very entertaining and fun. All stuff were very frindke, talented. They tell the story of the past by acting it out and singing. They were the clothes of that era and act it out. Enjoyed it very much.

the capital building was the best part i wish it was easier to look outside the windows at the attractions because the trolley windows kinda make it hard to look up

This was a good little tour of Salt Lake City. You learn a lot but because the bus is closed you don’t see a whole bunch. You get off at two or three different spots which makes the trip worth it. All the Information you learn is great and the performers and great too!

Best option for parking is the Radisson ramp. It’s $6 and your vehicle stays cool and safe. Great tour featuring narrative information, music, skits, and impersonations of famous folks who shaped or visited SLC. Enjoyed the option to get off and go into several buildings.

This experience is a must! I was on the 1:30pm tour yesterday and I just really enjoyed it. I took a day after a business trip to enjoy salt lake and I’m so glad I did this. It may be a little cheesy and goofy at times but it was a lot of fun! The conductor was my favourite. He just did so many characters and he brought each one to life. He is a great personality. However, the three of them make a great team and I loved the way they bounced off each other. The tour was informative too, and the places we stopped were not places I would have thought to stop at myself, so I really appreciated that.

Best way to see the city in the hot summers! Lots of stops for picture and get the history of the city with a little humor and lovely cast! This is not your regular city tour it’s live theater so there are costume changes and character changes that bring the stories and history to life!

This tour if really enjoyable, with lots of information about SLC, singing, jokes. The tour guides were really nice and so willing to take pictures for you. I'd really recommend this tour and would take it again.

We really enjoyed this trolley tour. The hosts were very entertaining, and they told so much history and trivia of Salt Lake City. We loved that we made stops to go into the Capital and Cathedral briefly. We’ve been on many tours and this is definitely one of our favorites. Totally recommend.
