After hotel pickup from select districts in Santiago by your guide, your day trip begins with the roughly 2-hour drive to Farellones, a mountain village 7,677 feet (2,340 meters) above sea level. Enjoy views of the Andes along the way, and make a stop to rent snow/skiing clothes in the winter, if you wish (own expense).
Arriving in Farellones, admire the houses perched between the hills and learn about the history of this community. Then continue another 45 minutes to La Parva Ski Resort, considered one of the region's most exclusive ski areas. Look around a bit and then travel on to your last destination, El Colorado Ski Center, the main attraction of your tour.
Here you have free time to spend as you wish—relax in the lodge, have lunch, or enjoy one of the activities selected when booking (sledding, tubing, a zipline ride, or a cable car ride). Any food, drinks, and additional activities not pre-selected are at your own expense. When your time here ends in the late afternoon, make the drive back to Santiago for drop-off in the evening.
Please note: At minimum of three people is required for booking.
