Arrive in the famed region of the 'five lands,' comprising five fishing villages tacked into the Riviera’s dramatic sea cliffs. Explore Manarola first, said to be one of the oldest villages of the Cinque Terre, with free time to walk around the brightly-colored buildings.
Afterward, take the train north to Vernazza, known for its terraced hillsides and wine production. Take some time to wander the area before climbing aboard a sightseeing boat to Monterosso. After some free time for lunch (own expense), taste the local limoncino ligure in a quaint wine shop. Then head to the beach for a swim or peruse the local shops independently.
Your tour will conclude with transportation back to Siena.
