Meet up with your group in the morning in the Split city center. You’ll transfer up the coast to Omis, where you’ll head to Planovo Rock, a popular crag among area climbers.
Before jumping on the wall, you’ll receive a harness, rock climbing shoes, and a helmet, and receive a safety briefing from your instructors. Then tie into your preferred route and start climbing. You’ll have access to a number of different routes during your visit, with most reaching heights of between 30 to 90 feet (10 to 30 meters) high. There’s a range of options perfect for beginners, as well as more challenging options as well. Most guests will climb between four and 10 routes during their visit.
Some guests worry about the “danger factor” of rock climbing, but participants should rest assured that this rock climbing outing will be a safe, fun experience. You’ll climb with a “top rope” connected to an anchor point and linked to a licensed instructor who will “belay” your rope down below and easily stop your fall if you happen to slip. And if you get to tired or can’t finish a route, the instructor will gently lower you back to the ground.
At the end of your adventure you’ll be transferred back to the Split city center.
