Make your way to Marriott Frenchman's Cove Beach on St. Thomas at your chosen class time (9am or 1:30pm).
Meet your instructor and fellow yogis for the SUP Yoga class, then get a short introduction on paddling. Get your blood flowing with a 15-minute warmup paddle around the bay, then head over to the floating studio to get started. During your paddle and class, you may catch glimpses of local wildlife such as birds, fish, and sea turtles. Once you reach the studio, you'll anchor your board and get started with a 1-hour Vinyasa flow class. The class ends with a photo shoot, so you can have a souvenir of your time on the board.
If you choose the SUP Fitness class, you're in for an hour-long cross-training class that begins with a long paddle around the bay. Use resistance bands and some cardio training to build your SUP skills.
