Find your way to the marina to meet your boat in the late afternoon. Step aboard the 65-foot (20-meter) ship and your captain and crew will meet you with a complimentary drink.
Search out the perfect spot to sit on the sunny or shaded portions of the deck, watching the coastline of St Thomas glide by as the ship leaves the marina. Listen to a briefing from your captain about the ship's history while you munch on delicious appetizers like smoked salmon and caviar canapés or tomato and basil bruschetta. Keep your camera at the ready while the sun sinks toward the horizon, putting one of the Caribbean's famous sunsets into motion.
Mingle with the other guests as the ship pulls into a secluded cove, the setting for your evening's gourmet dinner. Make your way through the buffet line and help yourself to pasta, shrimp, Caribbean-style chicken breast and salad. Dessert includes fudge brownies and fresh fruit, coffee and various liqueurs; an open bar is available during the duration of the trip. See the Itinerary section for a sample menu.
As dinner winds down and dusk falls, enjoy the scenic boat trip back to the marina, disembarking around 8pm.
