Enjoy the beauty of Canada’s oldest provincial park on a convenient day trip from Toronto. The forests, lakes, and sweeping views contrast with the busy-ness of Toronto. You’ll spend time canoeing, hiking, swimming, and cliff diving (if you dare). This is an ideal tour for active travelers, especially groups of friends looking for a fun day out in nature.
Canoeing is suitable for beginners as you’ll receive a thorough briefing
Lunch and snacks are provided
Receive round-trip transfers in an air-conditioned van
We will be canoeing and swimming for 2,5 hours. You will get instructions before canoeing as well as life jacket. Don't worry if you are beginner as most of our travellers have never canoed before. Our tour guide will be available to assist you.
We will stop at the small island, park canoes and you can jump of the cliff and swim around the island!
Booth's Rock Trail is a 5.1 km loop trail that visits two lakes and a spectacular lookout, returning via an abandoned railway. The guide discusses man's impact on the Park.
We will choose which hiking trails we will do on the day of the tour after checking physical avaibility of all travellers joining the tour. We might do two shorter hikes instead of one long hike.
This trip was very well organised. Picked up in an air conditioned Minivan, very comfortable. Our Tour guide Mike was very informative and made the day fun and enjoyable. Canoeing was fun and luckily non of us fell in, we chose not to swim. After that we had a lovely hike to a beautiful View point, the views were breathtaking. I would defiantly do this trip again. Very good trip
