While you tour the religious structures, learn about the important role they play in the spiritual lives of pious locals and discover the deep cultural roots of religious beliefs and traditions on the island.
After exploring the temples, continue uphill and deeper into the village to the site of the area's holy water. Wrap up in a traditional Balinese sarong and follow your guide’s lead on how to make offerings to the deities. Following the procession, you can participate in a significant cleansing ritual by dipping into the holy water.
Finish with lunch at a local restaurant before you’re driven back to your cruise ship.
