We pride ourselves in the attitude we take to our clients, and of course it concerns us if they are sick and cannot attend activities. Indeed, we do everything we can to accommodate them in these circumstances.
However, as you are aware, this booking was made through Viator and so was covered by their terms. Viator expressly state that no refunds will be given for bookings cancelled less than 24 hours in advance of the activity.
While this was outside of our control, we hate to see our customers disappointed. So, please do get in touch with us and we will see what we can do to ensure that no disappointment remains!
