We did not get to go on this tour with this operator because they gave us the incorrect time to meet. We were at the location well before the time they gave us, but they never came. When I called they said the tour already left, we were supposed to meet 45 minutes before the time we were given. I explained this, but they refused to schedule another tour or give us a refund. Don't use this tour company for anything.

You have required pick up service from Hobby hotel. We have agreed with the guest to meet at 09:15 am at the hotel. Our driver was there exactly at 09:15 am and has been waiting for you till 09:45 am, after which he left the hotel as we didn’t succeed to contact you by the provided contact details, neither from Viator message box. At 10:05 am when the tour has already departed, you called us with the request to pick you up, however our operators informed you that the tour has already departed. There was no our fault in this issue.

The whole journey was very comfortable. The drive was great and the sights themselves were definitely worth it. Our driver Arman and guide Inga were excellent. Id recommend to any traveler visiting Armenia.

Karina, our Tour guide was excellent. The locations were fabolous. The only problem was the driver called Josef. He drove recklessly and we were about to have a serious accident.

Excellent walking tour - Shushan showed me the significant landmarks in Yerevan, providing historical context and giving me a great workout (the Cascade stairs are no joke). I had limited time in the city, and Shushan made sure I covered the highlights. Highly recommend.
