Ayrarat Wine Tour | Jul 2019
Our tour started with a little present and care taking for our convenience by the tour guide. Comfortable car and experienced driver. At the winery Karas we were welcomed very friendly. Got a hat for the outdoor visit and a lot of time for the tour indoor. Our guide from Karas was very professional and spent 3 hours with us. She took care of each question and everything we needed. We got a lot of information about the winery project and philosophy. We were impressed by the social project and I felt grateful for what the owner does for the Armenian People. The tasting itself was a highlight. We were guided through sparkling, white, rose and red wines with an excellent knowledge of our Karas guide. Of course we knew the wine before. Now we love it even more! We bought a bunch of different wines. Taking pictures was allowed and so did we. On the way back home we decided to visit the winery for sure again.
