Our tour begins by picking you up in Jericó to transport you down a bumpy path to the family run coffee farm. After a traditional Colombian meal cookedby Ariel and his family, The guide will then take you on a tour around the farm. You will learn about the property, and receive a hands on experience whilst learning about the coffee cultivation process. They will take you through picking the coffee fruits, then teach you about the de-shelling, fermentation, cleaning, drying and roasting. On the way back to Jericó we will stop by a waterfall where you will have the opportunity to view a beautiful rainbow through the water (weatherpermitting). We will then return to Jericó.
