And in some places there will be no electricity and certainly no WiFi. Lunch will mostly be on some ‘Dhabas’ along the way and a couple of times, we will have “Packed!!” lunch from the village and will possibly eat near a stream or river. We prefer the bikes to be of the offroad/dual purpose types as this is the terrain for them.We try and involve the local community and the villagers in some way or the other.be it making traditional lunch for the way, cultural troupes showcasing some of their cultures, engaging a local fisherman to fish and cook at the camps, contributing towards the upkeep of a village school
