In this lesson we will go to a historic pizzeria, you will try the typical products of Campania, as an appetizer: mozzarella, olive oil, salami and tomato.
We will then make the pizza dough. This is the most important and most difficult part. Finally, you can prepare and cook a Neapolitan pizza in the wood oven with the help of a master pizza chef. This cooking class focuses on making fresh pasta from scratch. Each person makes their own ball of dough and their own portion of pasta. I'll guide you through the process and help where needed. During the class we'll mainly focus on one type of pasta, but I'll demonstrate how to make a couple of different shapes as well. With my tips and guidance you'll definitely be able to make fresh pasta at home yourself!

Note that the focus here is making the fresh pasta. The starter, sauce or dessert may have been prepared (freshly prepared by me) earlier because there's not enough time to make everything together.
