This day will start with a transfers from Lisbon, about 40 minutes distance. Your activity will start at 09:30am at Arrábida Natural Park.About the Coasteering, Vertente Natural was the pioneer of this adventure in Portugal and global leaders in the introduction of ropes and zip-lines. It consist of a progression along the coast line, scrambling, swimming, climbing, rappelling, zip-lining and cliff jumping into the water.
