We will leave Bucharest în the morning and we'll go to Poienari Fortress which stand high on a cliff overlooking the Arges River, at the foothills of the Carpathian Mountains.
After we'll visit the Princely Court of Târgoviște which was conceived as a complex of edifices serving both as a center of the country’s administration and a home for the Wallachian ruler, his family and for the numerous courtiers and minister. The Princely Court were built by Mircea the Elder and Vlad Dracula, during two construction stages.

In this tour you will visit the military unit in Targoviste city where Nicolae and Elena Ceausescu were shot on December 25, 1989. The place was inaugurated as a tourist area. Ceausescu couple were arrested here between December 22 and 25, 1989.
You can visit the cell where the two spent their last days of life.
They were tried and sentenced to death on December 25th in the same building.
The sentence was enforced 5 minutes after the trial was completed in the inner courtyard of the building.
