Lovely experience! Stam, our chef, was wonderful. He was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. The venue is perfect, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed meeting the other participants. Making the food was fun and educational. (We were hungry when we arrived, so my only suggestion would be to have some appetizers available at the beginning of the session.) The dinner atmosphere was festive and intimate. The food was amazing and plentiful. Highly recommend!

We booked this experience to celebrate Thanksgiving in Greece as a family. As one non meat eating mom, 10 year old son and dad - we ALL learned so many things, were engaged and accommodated. Chef Fotis Paravas is a master and a wonderful teacher. The hotel restaurant which we had the class was easy to find and gorgeous. He truly makes this experience magic. The menu we prepared is do delicious and well explained we hope to bring the skills home. Take a break from sight seeing and go do this!

Our chef was very engaging, fun and knowledgeable. For those of us who cook, he provided us with some great recipes and tips. For some of our group who had no experience in the kitchen, he showed a great deal of patience and made sure to involve them. We all enjoyed dining on our creations afterwards with a spectacular view of the Acropolis at night as our backdrop. It was a great experience for all of us and I would highly recommend it as something out of the ordinary tours when travelling.
