Start with pickup at your hotel, then begin the trip to the Tulum Archeological Site, among the most dramatic ancient cities on the Yucatan Peninsula, with stone fortifications overlooking a white sand beach. Learn about the history and culture of the Mayan people, with free time to photograph the ruins before leaving the site.

Continue to the Mexican Caribbean in an air-conditioned vehicle. Get fitted with snorkeling gear, and slip into the water to swim over the coral reef (the fee for Conservation of the Marine Fauna is not included in this tour, and must be paid during the tour).

The afternoon is all about the natural world: follow your guide into a cave that’s bristling with stalagmites and stalactites, then take a walk through the jungle, listening to a forest chorus of tropical birds and animals. Best day ever!!!

This was the most amazing trip. I was very excited to do this and it exceeded my expectations 100 fold! Pepe(BB) was an amazing guide, he was funny, informative and welcoming. Tony the photographer was great as was our driver whose name escapes me at the moment. All three went out of their way to make sure we had a great day. The snorkeling was fantastic and the Cenotes are indescribable. Get ready for the most amazing day especially if Pepe(BB) is you guide!

Cenote was amazing!

The tour guide Mariano and the driver Arturo and photographer tony were allll great!!!!! They made the difference and was soo prepared, organized and knowledgeable. Made us feel safe, directed us correctly and we all had fun!! The 3 star is coz tulum ruins were closed, but that’s out of their control, and the coral reefs were just blah... iv’e seen better, but I guess that’s coz I have dived all over the world. The Cenote tho, that was super cool!!!! That one for sure made the difference!!!!! It made it worth it! We were the only ones in the Cenote and to have to ourselves was great!!!! And the lunch was also good! Fresh fish!!!! Had they taken us snorkeling to see turtles that would have been a better option since tulum ruins were closed

Ripped off and discouraged in Mexican excursions!!!

We were so looking foward to this excursion and even though we had to see Tulmn Ruins from a boat rather than on foot as we had paid for....we were excited and willing to make the best of it... the sights and treatment initially seemed perfect, the snorkling and cenote with personal photographer was great...we felt befriended by the kind and courteous and charming guide Christina lopez quadalupe, Raymondo our courteous and quiet driver and the seem to be friendly photographer Tony.....after Christina reassured us to leave our personal belongings in the van while snorkling ensuring us. specifically that our things would be safe....we were alerted by our banks once we got back to our room that our credit cards had fraudulent activity. Not just one of them...All of them!! They must have had this planned and organized because they had someone go through our things and attempted to access each one of our credit cards through a cc reader and take out or transfer thousands of dollars to another account!!! We are saddened, angry and discouraged in ever doing another Mexican excursion!! And btw still have not received the pics we paid for either....

If it wasn’t for the Cenote I would be so disappointed in this trip. Due to the virus, I understand why we didn’t get to explore the Tulum ruins, but the snorkeling was weak. We didn’t see very much marine life at all. I felt rushed though-out the entire tour. It stated in the itinerary that we were going to get a Mexican style lunch. That didn’t happen. We got a bag of snacks in the van on the way to the next site. It was bad. The price should have been reduced, or we should have been given a warning in the itinerary write up. After swimming, we were all very hungry. Everyone on the tour was disappointed by this situation. It also stated in the ‘what to expect’ that we would have a walk through the jungle. That also didn’t happen. I did think that Paco, the guide, was pleasant and funny. The photos also turned out great. You need to revise the write up. Not ok! We were so hungry after getting on the van at 6:40am.

Juan and his team was great

I was skeptical after booking it as it was a little difficult getting information from support. After 1 hour on the trip Juan made all of us feel comfortable especially my daughter which is the most important part for me, he was very accommodating and overall great tour guide. I recommend this trip for family’s and couples. Please book at least 48hrs in advance so that you have time to think about it.

Great chance to experience it all at one time.

This was a great trip with an excellent guide in Juan. He made the whole experience so much fun and was so knowledgeable about the places we went, the animals and plants we saw and the history of it all. Tulum was great and we got a sense of what happened there and what it was like. Snorkeling was fun and we saw stingrays and turtles even though the sea was rough. So don't let that hold you back, it was great. The best was the Cenote swim. I'd never heard of them and it was fascinating. This is a tour well worth the money. GO !
