Board a glass-bottom boat for a 1.5-hour tour to Stringray City, and encounter the Grand Cayman Islands’ marine life first-hand. Watch schools of reef fish slip by the boat’s clear viewing window, then slip into the warm, shallow water to play with the island’s friendly population of stingrays. Stand on the sandy seafloor as you pet their smooth, scaly backs and lean in for a good-luck kiss, then don a snorkel to swim alongside them as they flit across the shallow sandbars and bright coral reefs.

I wouldn't pay extra for the glass bottom boat again because you really couldn't see anything! The stingray experience was great and the guys running the tour were really accommodating in bringing the stingrays for us to touch and kiss!!
The stingray city and swimming with the stingrays was an awesome experience the boat captain and first mate were great. My one complaint would be that there isn't a shuttle service to take you to the pick up point which was on the other side of the island from the hotels.
The crew was professional and catered to children and families. Our 9-year-old was very timid at first, but the crew helped him overcome his fear. We snorkeled, pet a Stingray, learned about Stingrays, and all could stand on the sandbar. Even small children had a good experience with life jackets. My only reservation is that this is not a true glass-bottom boat tour--as the crew stated onboard, there is nothing to see through the glass and the boat anchors so shallow that the Stingrays rarely go underneath. No matter if you plan to get in the water as we did. We liked it so much, we went again the next day!
Very well done and professional all the way. Experienced crew who took us directly to the sand bar where the giant very friendly stingrays await their meal--squid. Everyone went into the water and literally pet the rays and fed them. Must have been twenty or more waiting for our boat to arrive. WELL DONE!
Great location for tour as we were staying on the east end and did not have to drive to George Town. Right at Rum Point, a great place to hang out after and swim/eat. Crew very personable and knowledgeable.
