I thought the tour was very informative and the guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. I particularly enjoyed the Steven Gerard collection. I would recommend this tour as a great day out.

A long time dream became reality when this month I and my wife entered one of the greatest temple of football, the stadium of the Liverpool FC. The tour was very informative, the audio guide was easy to handle and there were guides all over to help those who needed it. It was a nice surprise to see the home team's dressing room not only the away team's one. The museum is an excellent review of all the success in past decades achieved by those brilliant players and their managers. I encourage all football fans to visit the Anfield Road and study the windows in the museum even if their favorite team is not the Liverpool FC.

Busy tour

We really enjoyed the tour but I was a bit disappointed with how many people where on the tour at the same time as us. We waited for about 40 minutes just to get in the doors in the rain and wind. Once we got in it was just as busy. Didn’t really get chance to have a proper look around and felt like we were herded onto the next thing after a few minutes. The queues to get photos taken were also really long and the children were complaining they didn’t want to wait. Also the headphones were too big for the children’s ears so they couldn’t use them. I’d recommend taking your own headphones for children. Despite this we did enjoy it, I’m just not sure I’d visit again with children knowing how long we would need to queue throughout it. Maybe a different day would have been quieter.
