The best. Very well put together.
On time and very well looked after. Everything as indicated. Must do for city visitor.
This was a great way to see the city and get an introduction to everything Manhattan has to offer. Our tour guide, Fred, was terrific. He was very knowledgable, and seemed to genuinely have a good time showing us around and talking about his hometown. A great experience.
The bus tour was ok but they put two tours together...the one for the One World Observatory and the boat tour...we were always behind, the tour director making us feel tense, we had to grab our lunch and eat quickly or carry it with us to the next stop. She kept saying how bad the traffic was, but that was New York City and I'm sure the traffic is always bad. This tour was too expensive to not have better treatment. We decided not to get back on the bus after the Observatory tour and made our way back on our own. 2 tours should never had been put on the same bus..one should have been cancelled if there were not enough people.
