This was a bucket list visit and Sam, our guide, didn’t disappoint. The trip was highly organized and gave us the remarkable highlights in one day. Utah Beach and the museum were brilliant. The lunch was really good. Pointe du Hoc and Omaha Beach were awe inspiring. The cemetery was truly hallowed ground. Thank you for this absolutely amazing opportunity to walk in the steps of heroes.

Our tour guide Daniel upbeat full of information and entertaining. Would recommend to anyone. It was a long day but we saw alot. The place we stopped to eat lunch was excellent. Every American should go see this if you go to France. Well worth it.

Day trip to Omaha and Utah Beach was terrific. Our guide, Maja was a vast source of information and her enthusiasm and passion for the subject was quite evident. Lunch in the fishing village was fun too.

The guide was very knowledgeable, though he provided us with almost too much information. I know there is so much history, but it was hard to absorb all of it. While on the bus, he provided an hour and a half narrative, beginning with pre-WWI. I am very respectful of the complexities leading up to D-Day and of the D-Day mission itself, but by the time he started talking about D-Day, I was having a hard time concentrating. But the whole day was so worth it and so moving.

80+ years after the event, the D-day cemetery and beaches are still emotionally moving. To remember the grit and courage our boys had was inspiring. An absolute must visit!

Chasing a ghost tour guide at Point du Hoc!!
Geeta_R, Oct 2025
It’s a long day, with a fair amount of walking at a pace set by the guide who seemed indifferent to the disparity in ages and level of physical health in her group. If you couldn’t keep up with her, you missed what she had to say as there were no group earphones. What we saw and experienced was satisfying despite the poorly organized tour.
