After being collected from your hotel in Puerto Iguazú, you'll be shuttled a brief distance via coach to Iguazú National Park. Accompanied by a knowledgable guide, visit the Argentine side of Iguazu Falls. Here, a network of over 250 individual waterfalls carry the Iguazú River over the falls at the astonishing rate of 400,000 gallons (1.5 million liters) per second.

Choose from two options, both of which take a full 8-hour day.

Boat tour only:

Your guide will take you through all three of the national park's three tiers, each of which provides a significantly different view of the spectacular falls. On the lower trail, descend into a misty, echoing cavern, thundering with the sound of rushing water. The significant climb to the top of the upper trail will deposit you on a footbridge spanning the falls that gives unparalleled panoramic views. Your expert guide will provide you with naturalist information and guidance, but you are free to explore at your own pace.

Board a boat for the authentic Iguazu experience: being drenched by its mighty waters. You'll be safely ferried through the falls themselves, so be sure to bring your foul weather gear. After drying off, you'll be dropped back at your hotel.

Tour with a jungle-truck ride and boat ride:

Climb into an off-road vehicle for a 5-mile (8-km) journey through the verdant jungle, viewing abundant native flora such as palm, palo santo, and bromeliads along your path. Keep an eye out for butterflies flitting among the orchids as your guide teaches you about the tropical forest and its inhabitants.

The truck will deliver you to Macuco Port and you'll transfer to motorboat for a 4-mile (6-km) cruise down the Iguazu River. During the final mile, shoot the rapids of the Iguazu River Canyon, passing close to waterfalls like the Three Musketeers and San Martin Falls. Disembark for a short break on San Martin Island before heading back to the port and being returned to your hotel.

A great tour, but beware

The tour is great and well worth the cost. The guide was good. There are, however, some things to keep in mind. They won't always pick you up at your hotel depending on where it is - confirm that in advance. Our hotel was quite willing to arrange a transfer, but at our cost. There is a lot of walking - it you take all the trails it's several kilometers. The views are great from the various view points, but it you have mobility issues this can be a pain. If you take the boat ride you will get soaked. Take quick drying clothing. They will give you a dry-bag that is big enough for shoes and spare clothes. There are lots of steep steps to the boat ride and they are very careful to exclude people that they think might not be able to handle the jarring ride. It is fast and rough - great fun though. The jungle truck ride is just a ride to the boat dock. Don't expect to see animals - you will see monkeys etc inside the park. Lunch options aren't great, but then you didn't come for the food.
Easy to see great walkways and a thrilling boat ride

The falls are spectacular, the upper loop is a great introduction, the lower loop has a lot more stairs and gives you a completely different view of the falls. The jungle truck ride was a boring, but the boat ride into the falls was super. Only issue was my husband who walks stairs only leading with his left foot was taken off the that portion of the tour arbitrarily, because they didn’t like how he walked stairs. The train ride and devils throat loop was also excellent
Amazing tour

This was the best tour I have been on. I travel a lot, so have been on many tours. The tour guide spoke perfect English on the tour, and even saved us a seat up close to her since most everyone else spoke Spanish. The falls were so beautiful, and we were able to see them from so many viewpoints. We included the jeep ride to the base of the falls, and went on the boat tour. It was nice to see the falls from above and below. There was a ton of walking, which was fine with us, but I just want whoever reads this review to know that:) And yes you get soaked on the boat ride, but they give you a big bag for your stuff and plenty of notice to stow it away:)
Full day tour with Truck jungle tour, train and boat to under the waterfalls.

Promote in pick up and transfer to the Iguazu Park. Great walk along the upper Falls and then the boat ride. After that a train ride to main falls above the Devils throat.
Beautiful waterfalls

The best tour of the waterfalls and the tour guide was very organized. There wasn’t much info about iguazu from this specific tour , but we were always aware of our meeting points. The best part was the boat ride going into the waterfalls . We got soaked and he took us three times through these waterfalls. Other people didn’t get the boat ride , which is the highlight of our tour.

AVOID. Grayline Argentina the local operator DID NOT pick me up at my Puerto Iguazu hotel, and had the wrong hotel pick-up location. When I got through to a live customer representative, the rep INSISTED and said their records showed I had written down via Viator a different a pick-up hotel. This is wrong. 1 Viator.com booking clearly has a record of what hotel I put down as a pick-up location, and was the same one I always said they should pick me up. 2 The hotel they insisted I had put down DOES NOT EVEN EXIST in Puerto Iguazu. I had called and emailed previously to try to confirm my location, but the English line often hangs up on you, making it impossible to confirm via phone, especially when youre traveling. They never responded to my emails for confirmation.

Even though it was raining for the walking section of the tour, this did not spoil the fantastic views. The boat ride was awesome. It takes you right under the falls with tons of water falling right on top of you. Warning : do not have food in front of or around the monkeys and coaties!
