Worth a try

Worth a try, as everything was professional and easy to navigate/get to. Of course, what’s not a certainty is the Northern light itself. Unfortunately, we only saw a pale image of it. However, since that happened, we received a ticket with which we can go on a tour again, which was very thoughtful!

Hmmm not sure about this one. The tour provider in the next office had cancelled their trips on that evening due to virtually zero chance of seeing the Northern Lights so I was skeptical when our trip set off with our enthusiastic host - saw virtually nothing in the sky, too cloudy and ended up parked at sea staring at a mild green steak for what felt like an eternity. I wouldn't bother with this trip - I thought we were going a little bit more out to sea however the boat was stopped to view any lights about 500m from a busy road.

Great experience. Very cold evening, but the company provided very warm snow suits that were fabulous. We stayed outside for the entire three hour cruise! And, yes, we saw the Northern Lights!

We barely saw the northern lights due to cloud cover I still recommend this trip rather than driving around in a bus. They gave you warm clothing on the boat and would highly recommend. It leaves from the Harbor had to get there on your own and they drove you back to your hotel at 12:30AM. Ideal if your hotel is walking distance to the Harbor. We stayed at the Hilton Nordica about 25 min walk.

Not that great. You could barely see anything and there wasn't anything in the form of entertainment of information. You can basically see more from the shore right near Harpa.

We would not have seen the lights if we had gone by bus. The boat was able to get to open spaces better.
