Start your Sydney city sightseeing tour with an afternoon pickup near Circular Quay, and then travel by a comfortable air-conditioned coach on a comprehensive 4-hour tour that introduces you to Sydney. Your guide provides entertaining and informative commentary about the city’s culture and history as you travel past iconic structures, historical landmarks, and lush gardens.

In central Sydney, head to the Rocks district, where the first European settlers arrived in the 1780s. Then drive by the famous Sydney Opera House and its lesser-known counterpart, the Conservatorium of Music. As you continue through the city, admire the green oasis of Hyde Park and the architecture of St. Mary’s Cathedral, which pays homage to Paris' Notre Dame. View the parklands of the Domain, Parliament House, Sydney Tower, Sydney Town Hall, the Royal Botanic Gardens, Campbell’s Cove, and Mrs Macquarie’s chair.

Head out to Rushcutters Bay where the celebrated Royal Cruising Yacht Club is located, and see Double Bay. Enjoy stunning views when your coach stops at the Gap, the entrance to Sydney Harbour on the southern headland. Then drive along the coast to popular Bondi Beach, where you can stroll along the expansive white-sand beach or pop into a local cafe for refreshments (own expense).

As your coach swings back towards central Sydney, pass through bohemian Kings Cross, Sydney’s former red-light district, which still has an edgy reputation today. You'll also see Paddington and Sydney’s Chinatown, then wheel through Darling Harbour, Sydney’s vibrant restaurant and entertainment area, which is known for well-designed contemporary buildings and lovely landscaping.

Your tour ends in central Sydney in the early evening, leaving you perfectly positioned to continue your night in the city on your own.

The bus driver was very informative and friendly.

This was an OK tour. It was nice to have an air conditioned bus and to have free wifi and charging on board for devices. However, the hop on and off bus is cheaper and will give you the same features as well as being able to sit on top of the bus to see better if you want too. Just no air conditioning. For the money the hop on and off bus is the better deal.

Change of meeting place and because I lost contact on my phone with e mails I did not know and therefore lost the tour. our only full day in Sydney so gutted. Opposite side of the world and nothing. Need to make different arrangements for people to confirm meeting places themselves on arrival so this cannot happen. Not everyone has access to modern technology when away on holiday.

Good bus tour that provided overview of various highlights of the city of Sydney. In addition to drive-bys, tour included a few photo stops at which we could get out of the bus for short periods of time. Visit to Bondi Beach allowed about 45 minutes to enjoy walking on the beach and its surroundings. Fortunately it was a beautiful, sunny day which added to the enjoyment of the interesting and exciting city.

THE BUS PICKUP POINT AT KINGS STREET WHARF LONG STREET WAS NOT INDICATED AND IN HEAVY RAIN WE WERE LUCKY TO SEE THE BUS IN TRANSIT AND STOP IT. THE DRIVER GUIDE WAS INFORMATIVE POLITE WITH GOOD SENSE OF HUMOUR HOWEVER OUR STOPS WERE RUSHED TO THE FINAL DESTINATION AT BONDI BEACH WHERE WE STOPPED AND WAITED FOR 3/4 AN HOUR. THE BEACH CAN BE WALKED IN 10 MINUTES AND THE SHOPS ARE THE MOST EXPENSIVE TOURIST TRAP IN SYDNEY. WE WOULD RATHER SPEND MORE TIME ON THE BUS LOOKING AT OTHER INTERESTING PLACES THAN WASTING TIME TO BOARD THE BUS AGAIN. THE ADVERTISED 4 HOUR TOUR WAS SHRUNK TO THREE. POOR VALUE FOR MONEY.

The title of this tour is misleading. You cannot claim Kings Cross on the tour if you are just driving by with no stop. The quick stop to see the harbor bridge Opera house was nice, but we were only allow 30 minutes at the Bondi Beach, barely enough time for quick photo and 1 drink at the bar. I wish we can spend a bit more time there.

I'm really glad I took this tour, views of the coast were fabulous, narrations of the neighborhoods were great! Plenty of stops for pictures. A really great tour!

We took this tour our first day in Sydney and it was a perfect way to get an overall view. Lots of quick photo stops were nice and the city history and factual tidbits were great. Not really enough time at Bondi Beach to dip our toes though but that is always a problem with short tours.
