Set off for Sydney Harbour from King Street Wharf aboard your Sydney sightseeing and snorkel cruise boat, and listen to informative commentary on landmarks such as the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge. If you selected the morning tour, enjoy tea including hot beverages, assorted pastries, biscuits (cookies) and cakes. On an afternoon sightseeing cruise you're treated to an optional barbecue lunch served on the boat. Wine, beer or other drinks are available for purchase from the licensed bar (own expense).
Your boat takes you to Shark Island, an idyllic isle located in Sydney Harbour National Park. You'll have approximately one hour to explore the island, including swimming and snorkeling in the pristine waters. Your guide provides snorkel gear and safety instructions, and introduces you to any sea life you might see offshore, including as many as 600 different marine species. If you prefer to stay on land, you can opt to take a stroll on the island. Rest in shady picnic areas and on the beach, find tide pools along the shoreline, and enjoy amazing 360-degree views. Be sure to have your camera handy for some great photos of the Sydney skyline from this island vantage point.
Your 3-hour Sydney Harbour cruise ends with the return to the wharf.
Please note: if weather conditions do not allow landing on Shark Island, you will visit another island in the harbor.
