Cooking classes begin at 9:00 am with appointment at the Cuisine Centr'Halles located inside Les Halles d'Avignon market. We start with a visit of the Market to talk about local products, taste and especially create our menu together. We will choose our ingredients and develop our menu, then return to the kitchen for our course and prepare our lunch. Lunch is included and consists of the menu we have prepared, water, wine and coffee. The complete event ends at 13:30.
