What people are saying about Garmisch-Partenkirchen Tours
A Private Day Tour of Garmisch-Partenkirchen and the Zugspitze Mountain
"This is the second time that we got Jake to be our guide, the first being 6 years ago. Jake was again a fantastic guide; obliging, unassuming and very knowledgable. He planned a perfect day for us, enthralled with a “story” for everything, and we especially appreciated that he made a special effort to successfully engage our two teenage children. Jake was a very safe driver and his vehicle was very comfortable and super clean. We will definitely want Jake to be our guide when we are in the region again, and we will highly recommend him to anyone looking for a expert guide of Zugspitz and the Garmisch Partenkirchen area!"..."

Private Group Tour from Garmisch-Partenkirchen to Neuschwanstein and Linderhof Castle
"We had a great tour with our two daughters ages 12 and 15. Our driver was in communication with us by text the day before to arrange the pickup. He was prompt, extremely friendly and gave us lots of information on our drive. We went to Neuschwanstein Castle first for a group tour (usually they do 60 people at a time but during covid it's 10 people). All the tickets were arranged ahead of time by our tour guide. There is an option to walk up the hill to the castle, but we opted for the horse-drawn carriage which was a 7euro/person on the way up and 3.50/person on the way down. The castle was very impressive, and we arrived with time to look around beforehand and have a great lunch right across the street afterwards. Then we drove to Linderhof Castle, which was also delightful. We drove past Plansee (beautiful!) and through the small town of Oberaummgau then it was back home to our hotel in Garmisch. We were very happy with the whole trip and would highly recommend it to anybody!"..."

"Amazing tour - the carriage ride with Franz was great but the tour was so much more. Jake did a great job showing us all different parts of the town, including the chocolate stores, beer halls, and other landmarks. Seemed to know almost everyone everywhere we went, and was able to share an encyclopedic knowledge of the town's history as we went along. Would highly recommend!"..."
