We will then take a guided tour of a local farm where their beef is sourced. We will also travel to a produce stand where the owners will give us a tour of their hydroponics operation and talk about their business, in addition to getting an overview of Lancaster County history amidst the most beautiful landscapes we have!The experience will conclude back in Strasburg, where we'll a 4 course meal, sourced directly from where we just were! We will serve a set menu (with allergy options available) that feature the farm fresh ingredients. You will also have an opportunity to meet the owner of the restaurant, manager, and chef as they discuss their criteria for sourcing ingredients in addition myself or one of my managers or chefs would take a moment to talk with your to the farm to table process.
