Flamenco Dance Museum (Museo del Baile Flamenco)

Calle Manuel Rojas Marcos, 3, Seville, 41004

The Basics

The Flamenco Dance Museum, which is overseen by renowned flamenco dancer and choreographer Cristina Hoyos, is a unique venue for exploring the history and artistry of Flamenco dance and music. The venue hosts four performances per night (all choreographed by Hoyos) which highlight flamenco’s traditional dances, from alegrías to tangos.

In the museum, visitors can also explore exhibits focused on the history of flamenco and its regional styles on an independent visit or as part of a multilingual guided tour. You can combine a visit to the museum and a flamenco show by purchasing combo tickets in advance.

Best show in town.
Not being a fan of dancing I approached this show with apprehension. It was truly fantastic a must see if you visit Seville. I suggest you go early to get a better seat, but no matter where you are seated it is a fantastic show.

This was a great show in a nice setting. The dancers, singers and not the least the guitarist was great. They were all very skilled. The venue in the Flamenco dancing museum was nice, quite intimate and the show was well introduced be the host who explained the themes on the different dances.

Great show for what you pay for! I took people’s advice and got there 30min before the start time to get a front tow seat. It was a very hot day and having an air conditioner would have been nice.
