Doing yoga with views to gorgeous mountains, the vast Atlantic ocean, the quaint village of Taganana and palm trees is something that will leave you with a sensation of fulfillment and peace. We are going to do the class on the rooftop of a traditional Canary house located in the National Park Anaga, in the Northern Mountains of Tenerife. It is going to be a great way to start your day before hikes in Anaga or a day on the incredible beaches of Benijo, Almáciga or Playa de los Roques de las Bodegas. My name is Steve Coster and I live on the beautiful Island of Tenerife. From here I run various types of Fitness and Training Programs. I have studied many different forms of Martial Arts and Self Defence Systems over the last 35 years. As a result I believe that Martial Arts Training is absolutely unique and the best form of exercise for everyone.

I have worked for 6 years in a nursing home and psychiatric hospital in Brazil, and I have a real passion in working for improve people's quality of life. Then I studied 500 hours of “Hatha Vinyasa Yoga” A training certified by Aliance Yoga and I have made specializations in adapting the practice to all people with the help of knowledge in different natural and energy therapies. I feel that the mission of my soul is to share my life style; I am vegan, practiced the conscious consumption of natural foods, free of pesticides or preservatives, and I want to plant the seed of the routine practice of yoga philosophy in your life.

It is the best experience to share with your kids! During the private family surf lesson one of our instructors will be fully available to ensure the fun and safety of kids and parents! The private family surf lesson starts from 3 participants up to a maximum of 5. Starting from 6 people, we will apply the same quote of a group lesson. Depending on the children’s age, an assistant will get into the water to help out during the lesson! The minimum age for kids to join the private family surf lesson is 5 years old.

Aquayoga, Aquapilates, Aquagym and Aqua-Strong, in the salt water pools of the César Manrique Maritime Park. You can go to all these aquatic sessions throughout the day.

This is an ideal activity for anyone on holiday in Tenerife who would like to keep up their training or be a bit more active on their holiday. Classes are High Intensity but fun and enjoyable.... meaning you won't feel so guilty about indulging for the rest of your holiday.
