Was surprised it was a one on one tour. Best tour I ever had. Learned so much about the outdoor food market. Especially the fish and waffle cookie.
Amazing food tour!

Such a great street food tour of Amsterdam guided by Louke. We had the best time, felt like old friends. Ate the most amazing snacks and sandwiches and sweets. Louke was so great with my 11 year old son too so we both had a ball!

Called guide to let her know we would be a few minutes late. She stated I got my day confused as it was the not on the 27 but the 26th. When I sent her a email picture of my booking clearly stating it was the 27 and even in the text stated the 27th . I received no response. Attempts to reach by email and text unsuccessful. Do not book this. Hope I can get my money back.
Disappointing food tour- not worth the value

I have taken multiple food tours across Europe and this has been my least favorite. Tour guide was knowledgeable but mainly wanted to talk about himself and it didn’t seem like he had any plan for where we were going on our stops. Options at each food stop was minimal and no drinks were provided to the end (one beer)
Great Visit to the Amsterdam Market

Laura was an excellent tour guide. We toured the open-air market and tried many local foods including herring, eel, mussels, cheese and pancakes. It was a very enjoyable time and we recommend this tour if you visit Amsterdam.

Martin met us right on time and as we walked he provided a great deal of information about the history of the city overall, the neighborhood we were walking through and was quite willing to answer questions. Our first stop was a restaurant that served food from Suranam. It was quite delicious and again Martin shared why he had chosen this spot via the history of the Netherlands. We then went to a local street festival and had freshly made struesswaffel, YUM!!!! Our third stop was to eat herring and freshly made fish. Finally, we had a cheese stop. All the food was delicious and Martin certainly is knowledgable about the city and gave us a view of a part of the city the Pipj? we had not been in, The only negative we had was that we felt that the end of the tour was a bit abrupt. He got up to pay the bill, came back, a handshake and gone. Thankfully we are able to figure out where we needed to go and how to get there but others might appreciate some guidance.

This food tour was one of the best we have ever done anywhere. Our guide Olav was incredible. He explained the history of Amsterdam as we were walking toward the food market. We tasted so many Dutch foods from herring to their waffles. The small size of this tour makes it very personal.

Worst food tour ever..Our orginal guide was unavailable last minute so the other guide stepped in. She ate with us and ordered more food so she can eat. The food she ordered was cheap, spring roll and fries. 4 people to share 1 small herring. She end up ordering another herring so she can eat it too

We try to do a food tour whenever we travel. My favorite was the fish shop. I normally would not eat herring, but the herring was incredible! We tried two different recipes. We also had mussels, eel and cod. Everything was very fresh. We stopped at 4 other places. My second favorite was for cheese, beer and bitterballs.
