Receive a morning pickup from your Bali hotel, after which you’ll proceed to a local dance performance. You’ll admire the elegant movements of this traditional Balinese dance show, watching a recreation of the ‘Barong and Keris’ Dance (from the Hindu Ramayana epic). Continue after your dance show to the village of Kemenuh, where you’ll explore the town’s artistic heritage. Stop by the workshops of some of the local woodcarvers, watching them transform blocks of wood into intricate works of art. After Kemenuh, you’ll head to Kintamani, where you’ll have time to visit the stunning Lake Batur and the nearby volcanic peak of Mount Batur, standing 5,670 feet (1,730 meters) tall. Feel free to take a break to grab lunch (at your own expense). Finish the day by visiting Tampaksiring, a holy spring known to Balinese locals as a place to purify the soul and mind. You’ll then return back to your Bali hotel.
