What To Expect
Meet your guide for your 1-hour private airplane tour over Denver and the Rocky Mountains at the Bluebird Aviation Hanger at the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport a little before your flight’s takeoff time. Because this is a private tour, you can choose your group size of up to three people, as well as what departure time you’d like.
Once you board the airplane, your guide fills you in on what the conditions of your flight will be like. Your plane soars into the air as you pass Boulder, the Flatirons, Rollins Pass, and the Continental Divide. Keep an eye out for glaciers, mountain peaks, and wildlife as you ride.
If you’re in the mood, sip on a glass of Champagne on the airplane tour. You can also see the area of Rocky Mountains National Park as you fly over 14,000-foot (4267-meter) peaks. On the way back to the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport, catch sight of Red Rocks Amphitheater and downtown Denver.
