- Customers will be picked up at the Main Entrance/Exit Gate of the port, next to the Security Office and shuttled to the foot of the floating Pontoon Bridge.
- The Floating Bridge is a pedestrian bridge and consequently will have to be crossed on foot to the start location of the tour.
- Traffic bustles may cause slight delays in our port pickups.
- Drop-off service to the port is not included, but may be offered upon request and availability and against a small fee.

Very helpful and responsive as well. We had a group of 11 and took out 5 Tuk Tuks and had an amazing time. Great views and amazing overall experience. Vehicles are small enough to get around a lot of places.

first, i would like to let you know, that your website is not good, you need to let people know, that you are not part of Carnival Excursion and you not run on ship time, and you wait for you client or customer out side the port behind the gate, I LOST MY $45 because your people was not on ship time, also i made a report about this bad experience with your excursion, it not about money is how you treat or take care your customers, sorry but i will be giving your website a bad review..

I was a little concerned at initial booking because I received conflicting emails about price and time. I did get direct emails assuring me that the time and price were correct. The driver was at the port at the correct time and we met with Jay, our driver at the floating bridge. He gave us a wonderful tour of the city, pointing out interested sights for us. He was very accommodating and answered all our questions. I would book with them again.

Our driver Jay gave us a great tour of Curacao! He gave us excellent information about the city and was very friendly.I recommend scheduling this tour for when you first get off the ship so that you can get ideas for what to do in town after the tour. I easily located our tuktuk, but I did have to go up to him and ask if he was our driver. Our driver informed us at the end of the tour that we would not be returned to our departure point, contrary to the information in the tour listing which states "Returns to original departure point." Where we were dropped off was not far from the cruise terminal, but we were joining back up with friends which who had gone out of their way to meet us back by the cruise terminal, which caused an inconvenience. I recommend to the tour company that your drivers have a sign (the way limo drivers do at the airport) to indicate the client they are meeting for a more comfortable introduction.

We made reservations on October 18 for the tour. Waited at designated area from 1:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. for the 2:00 p.m. tour we had booked. Tuk Tuk never showed up. Needless to say, I will be requesting a refund and posting to other social media. This was a real disappointment and lousy customer relations of which other tour operators and security were made aware..
