Make your way to the base of the Iron Mountain Tramway, just outside of Glenwood Springs, Colorado, where you’ll present your voucher for admission on the glass-enclosed gondola.
You’ll ride along 4,300 feet (1311 meters) of cable on your way to the top of the Iron Mountains, with sweeping views across the dramatic Roaring Fork Valley and snow-capped mountains.
At the top of the tramway, you’ll step out into Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park, with lots to see and do. You’ll have the option to purchase admission to rides, attractions, and cave tours, but this pass includes access to the cowboy camp and blacksmith shop, a glimpse of Colorado’s days as a wild frontier. The schedule varies with the day, but park shows include a wild west melodrama and live music from the Harmony Sisters cowgirls.
When you’re ready to return to the base of the Iron Mountains, simply board the tram for the scenic trip to the bottom, where this experience concludes.
