We arrived at the location and it was not open, even though their website said they should have been open for over an hour. After a few calls we finally got a hold of someone and said they'd be right there. We spoke little Spanish and he spoke very little English. Apparently there was a mistake and no one was available to give us a tour of their plantation. We had driven over an hour and had to leave the next day so we went next door for a different tour but was highly dissatisfied with the miscommunication

It was an amazing journey through the process of coffee preparation from the seed to the cup. The location of this tour is a small, local coffee farm using natural cultivating process. The guide is the owner of the farm, very kind and passioned. English is not perfect, but well understable. Tour was very educating and the coffee was delicious!
