Agadir - Quad Bike Adventure in Agadir | Aug 2019
Got picked up at exactly the time specified by the company by a man named Youssef. Youssef made the journey to and from the place we went quad biking so much better. He was a polite gentleman who was so knowledgeable on his homeland, teaching myself and my partner about the language, the city and surrounding areas. He was also on time when bringing us back to our hotel.
When we arrived at the destination, we had to wait for other people in our group to arrive as we have private transfers (we wasn’t aware we was getting private transfers but it made the journey so much better). My partner didn’t mind getting on the same quad as me otherwise paid full price for 2 people would’ve seemed unjust. The ride itself was one of the greatest adventures that I’d ever been on. The adrenaline rush you get from it is like no other. We was allowed to go at some speed which I just loved. When we’d got going again, the tour guide made me and my partner get onto a different (and more uncomfortable) quad bike without an explanation as to why we had been moved (this is the reason for it not quite being 5 stars). My partner felt a lot of discomfort with being on the back of the quad bike but was fine with the quad bike we had previously.
For our next break, we was took somewhere to rest and drink some traditional Moroccan tea and we could use the toilet (the toilet was just a hole in the floor). We were on the bikes for about another 30-40 minutes before our tour had come to an end. We were then dusted off by the staff (you get covered in sand). Despite the miscommunication with the quad bikes, I can’t recommend this tour enough....Read more
