In the begging it looks like something really nice, but then we had to wait in line for like two hours and the tourist guide didn't explain anything about the history behind the Eiffel Tower. In the end we had to go up by the stairs to the second floor, and we didn't see the guides anymore. My recommendation is to buy your tickets with enough time go by yourself and DON'T PAY SO MUCH because for this price it’s not worth it.
Tour guide was no show rang up the office multiple times a representative showed up. Gave only 2nd floor tickets not the summit and the guide disappeared again after we were given the 2nd floor ticket. So no guide, no summit and they charged full amount. Very unhappy as we only had 1 day in Paris and half of it was wasted due to this package and we got ripped off by the company. We paid so much and got a €12 euro ticket.
Aida and her colleague were amazing. Both had great personalities and were very kind. The weather was awful in the morning, delaying us, and one of the team members waited behind at the café to ensure those who bought tickets were able to meet up with the guide. She took us and a few others from the starting point, to the line with the rest of the group. Aida, the guide, was funny and a great time. The tour was casual but she made it humourous, especially for a tour first thing in the morning. She had all sorts of random fun facts to share and even recommendations for people visiting the area. Would tour again with her.
Let me begin by saying I did this guided visit with my daughter 2 years ago and had a wonderful experience. This time, I am very disappointed with the experience. It was very disorganized and there was absolutely no communication about how the morning would go. The guide left half the group at the meeting place so we were taken by another guide. She didn't communicate how/where/when we would all meet up again once inside security. Other than waiting to ensure we all had our tickets, we were trying to track her down the entire time because we never entered as a group. Several members of our group could not get into the same lift and were once again left behind, and she started the guided tour without us. Once we found her we did ask she start over for the 10 of us left behind, and she agreed after she finished providing the information to those who started with her. It was not worth the money and we would have been better off exploring without a guide.
It’s says guided tour but some European lady with some attitude no pleasing manner or I can say her behaviour was like we are working for her, so the tour started with a que then we went to 2nd floor on Eiffel-Champs there she vanished and no sign of her even no clue where we have to board the cruise after the Eiffel tour which was the part of the deal worst service
Guide walked very fast even though it was very noticeable that I walked with a cane. There were others that were also unable to keep up. When she finally got to a point she had to stop and I caught up, I asked her to please slow down because it hard to keep up. Her reply was “I wanted to be first in line.” She never slowed down. Plus she only talked to small part of the group that we were in, she never tried to keep the group together even from the very beginning. It was like she picked out a few people she wanted to talk to & that was who she talked to. I picked a tour with a live guide so I could learn about the Eiffel Tower but I learned nothing because she was never around, except at one point she did seek me out and say if I couldn’t make it to the to top to call the company and ask for a refund. Frankly I thing I should get a refund just on the way I was treated. It was not the way I was led to believe this company treated people.
