Inaccurate address and pick up location
Omid_A, Dec 2021
I just fell behind and didn’t make it to the cruise . The address was not accurate. I had to walk around for almost 40 minutes and finally I missed it. Not happy at all
Paris Canals Tour

The tour was good but I had a different expectation. I wish we had spent less time on the canals and more on the river.

Avoid this your . Vague details to find the boat. Called multiple (4) times and was told someone would be at the ticket booth. When located no one was there. I called again and was told someone would be there in 20 minutes, after an hour I left .
Tour guide had a good...
Julie_S, Sep 2021
Tour guide had a good commentary, but the canal portion of the trip was rather tedious. Nine locks was at least 5 too many. Also one of the swing bridges wasn’t operating properly and we had to wait for technicians to arrive. Even our tour guide helped get the bridge to operate. This meant the last portion of the tour on the Seine was short and disappointing.
Beautiful ride

Seeing renovations on Notre Dame cathedral and the locks. Would have been more attractive without the overcast skies.
Seine River Cruise fun!

I had a challenging time sometimes understanding the guide. His accent was beautiful but when speaking English, it was often difficult for me to understand his words. Also, it would have been helpful to be told how to travel back to where we departed on the boat. We left the boat and found ourselves walki g around a kiddie park and NO idea how to find transportation back to the D’Orsay.

A different perspective on Paris
Pdg, Feb 2020
The highlights of the cruise for me was the guide. He was extremely knowledgeable, informative and entertaining. He's a world away from the classic "on your left you can see..." guide. His English is outstanding. Sadly I don't know his name but if you're reading this, you know who you are... The cruise *is* a little bit long, as someone else pointed out. The first lock is exciting, but after a few it does get a little bit boring (if it wasn't for the guide of course). The underground bit is amazing! And the area around the canal st Martin is really nice. All in all, definitely recommended.
