The guide was hard to understand but we enjoyed the tour. The castle- we had an opportunity to see changing of the guides- which was great to watch. The Vltava River Cruise was great and relaxing. Would recommend but maybe with a different guide.
Tour guide was very informed, but went on and on about the most trivial things around town and exterior of castle . Boat narration pretty much repeated what he said. We should have just done a hop-on, hop-off bus and canal tour. Loved being in old town square, but not listening to the guide.
This was a great way to see the city. So much to see with the castle tour, the boat tour and then walking through the old city. It was well worth the time and money. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We've used Viator tours multiple times and always enjoy the tours.
This was a very thorough tour that gives you a very good and quick sense of the beautiful city of Prague and all it has to offer. All the main areas of the city are covered including the Castle, Old Town Square, the Jewish Section and an hour Vltava River Cruise. Definitely worth it and then go back and concentrate on the areas that are of most interest. Perfect for first timers and those on a tight schedule.
Great 1/2 day tour to see Prague and find your way around. The river cruise was enjoyable. The only downside was our guide. She failed to give adequate amount of time for pictures, looked bored and at the after the river cruise she failed to wait for the rest of the group who couldn’t cross a major intersection because the light had changed. She almost lost them but didn’t because we had to tell her to stop and wait. This is the first time I have ever experienced that behavior.
Prague is a lovely city and this tour was a good mix of walking, quick glimpse of the outside of the Prague castle and the best part was the 1-hr river cruise. But we went on Easter weekend and the organizers were all over the place - they picked us up from the hotel but then made us get down and wait on a pavement for 30-mins till they put together the English tour. No info was given and we just stood around not knowing what to do.
Finally, when the guide came, she was a lot more stand-offish than any guide I have seen. She was very much in a hurry and did not give a lot of details of the places we saw. The underwhelming part was the short walk around after the river cruise - she barely showed us anything or gave us much of the history of the place. She did not recommend other places to see or anything - when asked also, she gave monosyllabic answers.
