Pablo was an excellent host and the trip may be the best excursion we have taken in the Caribbean. Expect it to last all day and plan accordingly.

Great trip, pick up was a little hectic in the morning, but ended up just fine. They picked us up promptly at the time they said they would, we just had to transfer vans, overall just fine. Fantastic tour guide, I believe his name was Raphael, very knowledgeable, kind and spoke at least four languages. The tourist souvenir place they take you to is overpriced, I'm sure you could barter, but I did not feel like doing so. It was a nice quick stop though and we were the first ones there. Snorkeling went fast, but was fun! Natural pool was beautiful. I appreciate that they care about the starfish and take care that tourists don't keep them out of the water for too long. We were also the first to get to Saona Island. Great food, gorgeous scenery. The locals will try to convince you to get a massage or buy some jewelry, but are kind and just trying to earn a living. Overall wonderful day and happy we were almost always the first one at each place to beat the rush!

Scam- did not show up, contact numbers out of service

Punta Cana Airport Transfers | Apr 2019
Do not use this company! They didn’t show up to pick us up at the airport. The contact numbers we were given are out of service. We had to pay for cabs to and from the airport. We will be disputing this charge with our card company to get a refund.

They never showed up at the Airport to Pick is up. This company did not have a working telephone number either

Punta Cana Airport Transfers | Oct 2018
Clearly I was scammed. The company does not actually exist. I booked and paid them through Viator but when we landed they were not waiting for us at the airport. None of the other companies had even heard of “Punta Cana Transfers”.When you call them it goes to a phone with prompts that never lead you to a representative. If you call the local number it comes back with an error saying it is not a working number.Disappointed in Viator for allowing a scam to work through their website especially since I have used Viator a dozen times in the past to book excursions in Europe, the US, and the Caribbean. What a way to arrive in “paradise” with your family for a vacation to realize you were scammed. Thanks Viator and Punta Cana Transfers. Will be filing a claim with my credit card company when I return to the states.

We bought the VIP which I felt wasn't maybe quite worth it but we still had a blast. Only thing we would change is how much we paid!

Coco Bongo Show and Disco | May 2017

Personally My Fiance book this event. All in all,it was possibly thee Worst excursion I actually encountered. But she loved the every bit of the show. For one i didn't know what to expect. And come on really,I didn't expect to be standing to watch a show for amost 6hours.Not cool at all.Not cool what so ever. So,that was a rough night for me.Would I recommend it.To each it's own.I say do your research.Wasn't a bad show at all.I am from the states and I see broadway show all the time, because I am that close to New York City.A good party scene with alot of beautiful views and people

Most of the destinations included in...

Santo Domingo Day Trip from Punta Cana | Feb 2017

Most of the destinations included in the tour were enjoyable, but the tour itself offered nothing other than transportation. The tour guide Gregorio was kind but uninformative. The little information he offered was frequently provided in Spanish alone. While most people in our group were Spanish-speakers, there were a few English-speakers including us and he did not seem overly keen on accommodating us. The destinations were enjoyable e.g. Tres Ojos, Columbus Palace, First Cathedral, Government House, but we frequently were not given enough time to enjoy them before being shuffled along to the next one. Additionally, several of the destinations listed in the tour description were not included e.g. university, hospital, stone home, and we visited way too many souvenir shops for my taste. The restaurant where we ate lunch was enjoyable, but, again, the dance performance touted in the tour description was not included. If you are looking for a tour of Santo Domingo, I would highly recommend trying your luck with a different one.

First off, my husband and I was told...

Coco Bongo Show and Disco | Jan 2017

First off, my husband and I was told that we didn't have reservations when we even showed the rep of Coco Bongo on my phone the reservation number. Finally, after more than 30 minutes the rep said, It was ok he was going to let us get in.

After entering into Coco Bongo and we realized that we were not going to have seats to sit our perception of this place from the online advertisement was ALL WRONG! We thought that we had a chance to sit and see at least 10 shows etc. But what we dealt with was reps of Coco Bongo shoving bottles of hard liquor in people faces on stage and assisting upon them to take shots. Once an individual accepted the shot the rep would shake the individuals head and shake them as well! This type of behavior wasn't what my husband and I expected. I am not a negative person overall, so I'll admit that my husband and I stayed in Coco Bongo for 2 hours and left and stayed out in front until our bus returned but there were 2 parts of the show that we enjoyed. Anyone reading this please note if you do not like loud and rowdy crowds and hard liquor being shoved in your face so you can take a shot then this is not the place for you!

This day trip was very enjoyable...

Santo Domingo Day Trip from Punta Cana | Aug 2016

This day trip was very enjoyable, the staff were very kind. The tour guide was very knowledge, respectful and patient. A lot of walking is done which is fine when you are site seeing in a city you've never been in before. The restaurant we ate at was awesome, the food was great. It was authentic Dominican food. Reason I gave this 4 stars was because of the pickup situation. We were picked up to then get dropped off to the actual bus that was leaving to Santo Domingo, but our drop off location wasn't clear and we had to drive around a bit before we got dropped off to the departing bus. Other than that everything was beautiful.

Santo Domingo Day Trip from Punta Cana | Jul 2016

It was a nice tour the driver was excellent in taking us to the sights and the tour guide was very helpful on showing us the main things and letting us see and hear the history of this area. I found that to be very interesting and exiting also. Some of the stops though got to be a bit especially at the cave where these local venders are all over you to purchased there souvenirs and products and some not take no very easy and that got to be a damper on the day for sure, But other than that it was a fun day.
