It was mostly a tour of Santa Teresa main attractions than a food tour. We stopped only at one restaurant to get a meal towards the end of the tour. The food we ate was excellent though and was a combination of different brazillian specialties. The beer was very cold!

It was completely not what we expected. We wanted to try Brazilian food in few restaurants at Santa Teresa. Instead we had chaotic sightseeing of Santa Teresa finished with the lunch in the shabby restaurant. Our guide's English wasn't too good so she wasn't really able to say anything interesting about the city or Brazilian cuisine.

Tour guide was great since she was so accommodating, but the driver was really late. Generally, the lack of communication caused some issues. Hiring a better English speaker is critical.
