Make your way to 1 Okendo Street, located at 20004 Donostia-San in central San Sebastian, for 10am. On arrival, you’ll be greeted by your culinary instructor and instructed to follow hygiene regulations by washing your hands and donning an apron.
Then, you’ll launch into a masterclass in Spanish cuisine. Prepare and cook iconic Spanish dishes such as paella and Spanish omelette, and master the basics of lesser-known delicacies such as Galician octopus and gazpacho.
Once your dishes are ready, you’ll sit down with your fellow foodies to enjoy the fruits of your labor accompanied by well-matched wines.
