The pick up was a little late a 1/2 hour other than that Jaimie was excellent in every way it was a perfect was to end our trip .If you are departing a cruise in Chile and want great tour this is it small group excellent Winery Undurraga and a great city tour just enough walking to keep you going and a short climb to the top of Santiago awsome view.if it is posable to request a guide ask for Jaime he was EXCELLENT!

Patricio was a very good guide. We were only 4 people in the van. We seen many highlights and sights filled with information. Only draw back was that we ate our lunch at 2:00 pm and were taken to a restaurant in vina del mer that was very expensive. We were picked up at 7:15am so this made a long time to lunch.

It's been 3 days since I called Viator regarding my dissatisfaction and have not heard back. I called in asking for a private tour from San Antonio to the airport. I read off 10 places that were on the way which we wanted to visit. We were thrown into a van with 8 other people on a fixed Viator tour. The guide said he couldn't do a thing about the mixup and I'm furious!
