Our 45′ pontoon boat, the ‘Osprey’ is certified to hold 38 guests plus 2 crew with comfortable seats. The boat is fully enclosed and shaded except for the bow, with windows that can roll up or down and a restroom on board for your convenience.

We did not go on the cruise because the weather was bad and made for choppy waters. We were told that the owner would consider giving us a refund. He did not. Very disappointed that he wouldn’t give us our money back considering the rough conditions.

Hi Gregory! We always take safety as our number 1 priority when it comes to canceling our cruises due to weather. Our Captains are all experts, and we do not go out if there are ever any craft advisories. Your cruise went out because the conditions were not unsafe. We stay in the intracoastal for a smooth, relaxing ride and never go off shore. Anyway, we do have a policy that if the cruise is canceled due to weather we will refund you 100% or you can reschedule. Since your cruise was not canceled, you were not automatically refunded. Please give us a call or email so we can work something out as we have not heard from you! Thanks!

Our experience was amazing!! We went on a Sunday afternoon before hitting the road back to Orlando and were thinking it was going to be a bit tiring. We were going to regret if we decided not to go. A delightful evening! Our skilled driver guided the touring pontoon boat along the intercostal waterway. The guide was informative, enlightening and engaging and the bartender/ first mate was friendly and very helpful. We saw several dolphins playing along the way , birds guiding us to the St Augustine coast as we watched the sunset. A pleasant way to see St Augustine at night. We would highly recommend this cruise.
