Kabukicho Izakaya Food Tour and Golden Gai Experience in Shinjuku

Alex, thanks for the great tour! We enjoyed the company, food, and education. Our family's third trip to Japan, and still learning. We like to use food tours as a way to scope out the food scene in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed the Izakaya, Sushi Restaurant, and Golden Gai bar we went to with Alex. We will definitely use Arigato Tours again!

Sean was an excellent host and guide. The food was in small portions but each piece was better than the last piece. It was 5 in my group and a couple, who were from my hometown of Washington DC, so we were quite the eclectic group. As with all my viator tours, I highly recommend this food tour. Especially if you enjoy fresh fresh sushi!!!

Great tour of the old part of the city . Guide Asami was very friendly and informative.
The location is interesting with very small bars and very minimal guests

This was a really cool experience. Our guide was nice enough to wait until we found the meet up location then proceeded to show us a side of Tokyo we wouldn't normally experience along with cool restaurants to try different foods. We'd definitely do this again.

Tour guide Satoshi was very informative about this tour.,He brought us to sushi marmiire for the most delicious sushi, Jonetsu horumon for BBQ Pork and lastly we had Local ramen which was so good ( where the locals eat ) . He even brought us to a Mini-Bar for a drink at Golden Gai. Loving it !!!!!!
