We were SO fortunate to book this particular tour with the same guide 2 days in a row!!! Eduardo offered this unique day, and AGAIN blew us away with the knowledge and passion for his city of Valencia!!! The best way we could have spent our 2 days there! He was also able to give us dining recommendations when we continued our trip to Palma de Mallorca, and the food there did not disappoint!!!

My husband and I spent 12 days in Spain. The highlight of our trip was our tour led by Eduardo Aguilar. His attention to detail was amazing! If you are visiting Valencia this is the tour for you! Our tour through Valencia's Old Town was detailed with historical sights and a rich history of the town. Eduardo is well educated and very knowledgeable in all that Valencia has to offer. He was very personable and an amazing guide. The roof top view for dinner was indescribable! The true authentic Valencian food served gave us a rich understanding of Valencia and all this magical place has to offer. 5 stars for Eduardo and his amazing business Sea Saffron. We thank you for a delightful evening and we know our memories will last a lifetime. Great job friend! Cheers to you all the way from California!

This would have to be one of the great surprise tours of our trip and a real highlight. In fact by far the best. Eduardo was the perfect guide and host. The description of the tour sold itself well short. In addition to the San Nicholas Church, we were taken around to quite a few other locations around the old town as well and given a great explanation of everything we saw. The experience at the central market was also very enjoyable offering a tasting of excellent olive oils and Spanish ham. But then the surprise! Eduardo announced that we were going to finish the tour with a lunch at a private apartment. And what an apartment it was with a balcony offering a panoramic view over the whole city and then a lunch prepared by Christina that can only be described as a taste sensation. We ate some really nice food during our holiday in Spain, but I got to say, Christina's cooking was head and shoulders above anything else we had on the trip, not to mention the excellent accompanying wines. If you go to Valencia. whatever you do don't miss out on this one or I assure you that you will regret it. We will definitely do this one again if we find ourselves in Valencia again. This is a MUST DO!! Look for the name Sea Saffron and book in for what I am sure you will find to be a very memorable experience.

Shortly after our arrival in Valencia, we had the chance to meet Eduardo Aguilar with who we start a trip through the history of Valencia, finishing in modern times, on the terrasse above the City of Sciences, with a magnificent vue over modern town and old town either. Wonderful sunset and vue over the mountains and the harbour.
He is in love with Valencia, he put passion in this tour, which has an wonderful concept : after the tour, we end the evening with a dinner when a chef cuisinier prepare for us the Valencian specialties, with plenty of explanations. Finally, could be a moment of exchanges, especially cultural exchanges, food habits, customs.
The atmosphere is unforgettable, candles, sunset, lights of city of Sciences, soft music in background, good Valencia's wines.. It is must if you are in Valencia, heartly and strongly recommended!!!
