A serious, advanced white water river: Sheep Creek is one of the steepest rivers run commercially in Canada. It's extremely tight and technical, and is strewn with large boulders, undercuts & large holes. The risk to swimmers is high & rescues are not easy. The guides are good, but you need to be too. A good level of fitness is required during high water to do sustained, hard paddling. Sheep Creek is only available at higher water levels: an intense, paddle-your-face-off experience. The trip starts below a waterfall and immediately launches into class 4 rapids! Guests MUST have done a class 3 river before. If you're a beginner, but want the thrills, you can do the Sulphur River / Sheep Creek combo, which includes lunch.
