I am Germán David dancer of Salsa, Bachata and other Latin rhythms. In addition to dancing, I have been the founder and guide of the Bogotá Salsa Tour since 2016, teaching about the history of salsa and nightlife in Bogotá. During these 4 years of experience we have perfected our technique to help you dance faster than you think, even if you have never taken a class before. People call me the yellow pages of the party because I know almost all the places where people dance in Bogotá as well as hundreds of dancers, schools and events.

Learn the dance moves of your dreams during a tutorial with a private instructor. We will start with a brief introduction of the geographical and cultural origin of this music and a demonstration of some of its rhythms, which includes Bunde, Currulao, Rumba, and Juga among others. We will embark on a unique musical journey through the instruments used in the villages of the rural Pacific Coast of Colombia. These traditional instruments include the Marimba de Chonta, the Cununos and Bombos, the Guasá and the Voices. We will show you how the alluring sounds of each instrument create a beautiful polyrhythmic texture when played together. No musical experience is required as we will explore these rhythms in a fun and accessible collective dynamic. We will also have the opportunity to enjoy some of the flavors of the Pacific prepared by the expert hands of a chef form the region. The taste of the sea and the sweet earthiness of the viche, a local sugar cane liquor will transport us, along with the music to Pacific Coast, making this a unique multi-sensory experience!

We offer 90 minutes yoga classes with view on Montserrate, light of candles, herbal tea at the end of the class.

Tour a local market and enjoy a private cooking lesson in Bogotá. Your hosts, professional chefs Camilo and Camila, will guide you through Las Cobadas market, where you’ll sample exotic fruits, Colombian coffee, and more. Head to their cozy restaurant kitchen and learn to prepare modern versions of 2 or 3 Colombian dishes like arepas, posta negra, mote, patacones, or hogao.

This 12 hours tour is an immersive experience for coffee lovers

The Intensive Spanish Course offers 30 hours per week, which is made up of 20 hours of Spanish group lessons, 2 hours of groupal coaching, 5 hours of cultural activities, 1 hour of Dancing lessons and a colombian- food cooking lesson of two hours. We welcome students, professionals, and families to study with us in this fundamental course. This course is offered Monday through Friday beginning at 9am until 1pm, and prospective students may enroll any Monday of the year that is not an official holiday. The first lesson focuses on building skills in grammar and vocabulary. A brief break is offered, followed by the second lesson focusing on practicing those skills in reading, listening and conversation activities. Optional cultural outings are available in the afternoons and vary each week.

I am a Colombian taster and barista, passionate about coffee, co-founder of Divino Cafe Especial, I belong to the third generation of coffee producers in my family. For 20 years I have grown coffee with my family in the department of Huila, in the south of the country, this region is considered the main producer of coffee in Colombia. I know the cultivation of coffee from the plant in all its processes to serving an exquisite cup of coffee. I found my main passion guiding the consumer and non-professional coffee lover in a fun and educational way so that they learn how to buy and enjoy coffee anywhere in the world.
